Well you can do it with the box mix if you want (I made mine from scratch) but use the neon food colors (I used the wilton ones) and divide your batter into lil bowls depending on how many colors you want, add your color and then layer them in your pan.

If you want the recipe to make them from scratch I can give it to you. I also made my own buttercream frosting if you want that too. they taste awesome and look pretty too! I think Im gonna make them for Calebs first birthday
